About Me

Adrianna’s Sugar & Swirl is my solo venture, built around sharing something homemade and made with love. I’ve been baking since I was three years old, and my earliest memories are in my grandma’s kitchen, making lava cakes, cake pops, and our mystery bars together. That’s where my love of baking began, and it’s still what inspires me today. Alongside baking, I’m a part-time student studying landscape architecture and work full-time as the office manager for my family’s landscaping company.

Pricing depends on your selection and quantity. You’ll receive a quote before your order is confirmed.

How do pickup and timing work?

Share your preferred date. Availability, pickup location, and timing are arranged directly after reviewing your request.

Can I request other baked goods?

Choose “Custom Request” and describe your flavors, occasion, colors, or personalized message. Final offerings depend on recipe suitability and local cottage-food requirements.

What should I know about cottage food?

Products, recipes, and required disclosures must meet local cottage-food requirements. Read the official Illinois guidance.

Order Policies.

Please review these details before placing an order. Your written confirmation will include the terms specific to your batch.

Order Confirmation

Submitting the form sends a request—it does not reserve a date or confirm an order. I’ll confirm the items, quantity, price, decoration details, and pickup arrangements by email before accepting your order.

Payment & Deposits

A booking deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your baking date. The deposit amount varies based on the total price of your order and will be included in your personalized quote. Your deposit is applied toward your order total, with the remaining balance due by the payment deadline provided in your confirmation. Your order is secured once the details are agreed and the deposit is received. Cancellation and refund terms will be provided in writing before payment.

Changes & Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, reply to your confirmation email or message @bakedbyadriannaa on Instagram as soon as possible. Include your name, order reference, and pickup date so I can find your order. A change or cancellation is confirmed once you receive my written acknowledgment. The applicable deadlines and any charges for work already completed will be agreed in writing before payment. Changes depend on availability and may affect the price.

Emergency Cancellations

If an unforeseen emergency prevents me from fulfilling your order, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and refund any payments, including your booking deposit, for the items I’m unable to provide. If you’d prefer to reschedule, we’ll agree on any alternative arrangements together.

Personalization & Handmade Finishes

Please check spelling, quantities, colors, and design details in your confirmation. Handmade treats may have slight variations in shape, color, and decoration. Inspiration photos guide the agreed design; exact duplication is not promised.

Ingredients & Allergens

Please disclose allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. Ingredient and allergen information will be confirmed before acceptance and provided with the product. My home kitchen may process common allergens, and I cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

Pickup, Transport & Storage

Pickup location and time are arranged by email. If you’re delayed or need to reschedule, please contact me promptly. Any missed-pickup arrangements will be stated in your confirmation. Follow the product-specific transport and storage instructions supplied with your order.

Questions or Problems

If items are missing, incorrect, damaged, or you have a food-safety concern, contact me promptly by replying to your order email. Share your reference number and relevant details or photos if available. Please do not eat anything you believe is unsafe. I’ll review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Menu & Special Requests

Menu items, ingredients, decoration options, and seasonal availability are confirmed individually. Custom requests are accepted only when they meet applicable cottage-food requirements.

Your Rights

These policies explain the ordering process and do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law. Terms specific to your order will be disclosed before payment.

A Note on Privacy.

The request form collects your name, email address, optional Instagram handle, chosen treats, quantity, preferred date, and any details you choose to share, including personalization and dietary requests. Please include only information needed for your request.

I use this information to review and respond to requests, arrange orders and pickup, and handle customer questions. Submitted requests are saved in a private baker’s inbox. The website’s hosting and storage providers process information to operate the site and may process technical information such as access logs.

I do not sell your request information or automatically add you to marketing lists. Order information is kept to manage your request and related business records. You can request access, corrections, or deletion by replying to an order email, or by selecting “Custom Request” in the form and including “Privacy Request” in the details. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Identity may need to be verified before information is shared or deleted.
